Here are a list of all the ingredients you’ll need to rustle up this 30 minute dinner recipe!

  • 100g of white crab meat, I used Seafood & Eat it
  • 200g dry linguine
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red chillis
  • handful of parley chopped finely
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 punnet of cherry or plum tomatoes
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Parsley and 1 red chilli to garnish

Method

Begin by roughly slicing your garlic and chillis. Then heat your olive oil in a pan on a medium heat, once hot add in the garlic and chilli and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Turn the heat down to a simmer and add in your washed and dried tomatoes.

Allow them to cook on a gentle simmer for 10 minutes with lid of your pan on.

Cook your linguine according to the packet instructions. Make sure you season the pasta water with a generous amount of salt.

Add in the crab meat, lemon zest, lemon juice and finely chopped parsley. Stir well and season with salt. Turn the heat up to medium and continue to cook for another 3 minutes.

Add your cooked pasta straight from the pot into you sauce and a splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce. Using some tongs, toss the linguine to coat it in the sauce completely.

Garnish with parsley, lemon zest and red chilli.
